THE PROCESS

Before we start, a 50% deposit is required. We will also need the specific floor plans as well as the type of finishes that will be required. Eg. the type of flooring, wall finishes, colours.

After we have gathered all of the requirements, we will create a basic 3d model of the project and send you renders of the model.

Once you are happy with the result we will continue by adding the rest of the features that makes the renders more realistic. The remainder of the fee will be required before we send the final rendered images to you.
